When will my order ship?
1- Orders " From Our Local Warehouses "
Orders with Ground Shipping typically ship within 24 - 48 hours after being placed. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed between 11:01am EST on Fridays and 11:59pm EST on Sundays will be processed on the next business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

These orders typically ship within 72 hours after being placed. delivery takes between 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
What do you charge for Ground Shipping?
All shipping rates are automatic calculated at the check out before submitting payment you can select your shipping preference.
All domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail unless requested by the customer at the time of purchase by choosing from our different options such as USPS Priority, or Priority Express.
All " From The Factory " orders are shipped via " e-packet " service with tracking number.

How can I track my order?
Domestic Orders : Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number, please allow at least 24 hours for information display correctly. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out , you can view the progress of your shipment by tracking your package at usps.com
From The Factory Orders : Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number, please allow at least 72 hours for information display correctly so you can view the progress of your shipment by tracking your package via USPS , ePacket China Post, or sites like 17track.net.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we won't be able to change the address.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.
We reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason.
